Instantiating RM classes fails using the default constructor

description

Due to problems with CComplexObject.DefaultValue some developers have decided to instantiate the various RM classes themselves using the default constructor. However this fails, because it seems that a call to SetAttributeDictionary should (always) be performed, but for the default constructor this call is missing.

Can you indicate which class constructor you have issues with?
